'' Hi my name is Lucy, before training as a midwife I was in the fitness industry for 10 years specialising in pilates and sports rehabilitation. I have an absolute passion for anatomy and physiology as well as helping people which is why I then trained as a midwife. This was 11 years ago and I am now a specialist health visitor in perinatal and infant mental health after yet more training. I love learning and building my knowledge base. I believe when we are knowledgeable we are empowered and confident.
